One of the famous stupa in Kathmandu valley is Swaymbhunath stupa. Front view you can see the calm buddha's eyes and eyebrows painted on . Inside you can fiend museum and library which are recently added. In surrounding there are so many restaurants and hostels. The site has two access pints ; a long stairway with exactly 365 steps and hope you understand why is it so? It lead directly to the main platform of the temple.
It is one among the oldest religius sites in Nepal. It is supposed Swayambhunath was found bye King Mandeva around fifth century.

Narayanghat lies in Chitwan district, 146.1 Km from kathmandu(capital of Nepal) by Prithvi Highway and take around 4h 21min by bus. Start your tour in the morning time around 7pm from Kathmandu .To make your tour more interesting you can visit manakamana temple which in the way from kathmandu to Narayanghat at KARANTAR. But you have to ride cable car up to Manakamna temple. It will take total  four hrs return  to highway.

5. __Terai regions is a plane area extended around bordering of Nepal and India formed by the northern rim of the indo_Gangetic plains.They were fed by three major himalayan river; Kosi, Narayani and Karnali.They have subtropical to tropical climate .The foothills regions are known as siwalik or churia Rabge at 700 to 1000 metres height which limit the gangetic plain.This regions are also known as inner terai containing many low valleys



6. __hilly region contains mountain of 800 to 4000 metres in altitude and there climate change from subtropical (below 1200metres) to alpine climate(above 3600 metres). The mahabharat lekh is extended from 1500 to 3000 metres is the southern limit of this region.The population density is high below 2000metres but low above it. Snow occasinally falls in winter.
